About the Concert New dance concert by choreographer Kathy Wood.A family-friendly concert inspired by insects. Featuring photography by Alex Wild, noted biologist and photographer. Two Performances! A matinee (with discount for kids) at 2:00pm and another at 7:30pm. December 8, 2007 at The Barnevelder, 2201 Preston at Hutchins, downtown Houston across from Minute Maid Park parking lot. This concert will be a lot of fun and funny. Velcro, flyswatters, projections, robbers, cannibalism (praying mantises), metamorphosis, and ... dance. It will last about one hour and is very family-friendly. Kids and adults will love this concert. Alex Wild has kindly given us permission to use his photography for promotion and in the concert.
